First, try replacing the adapter and charging cable, then unplug and re-plug the power to the SwanScout 707M. If the green light still flashes and it doesn't charge, please check whether your phone, watch, or earphones are fully compatible with the SwanScout 707M.
MagSafe is exclusive to iPhone 12–16 series. For non-MagSafe phones (Android, older iPhones, etc.), you can still fully use the SwanScout 707M by pairing it with a high-quality magnetic phone case that has a built-in MagSafe ring. This ensures perfect alignment and stable charging. We don’t recommend using separate stick-on magnetic rings, as they often cause weak attachment or charging failure.
